Terra delivers Garmin data within seconds of receiving Garmin's push. The delay sits upstream: Garmin only pushes once the device syncs with the Connect app, which can take 30 to 90 minutes. There is no on-demand pull for Garmin, so this lag is expected.

Separately, if your auth counts spike, check that your webhook handler does not start a new auth flow on user_reauth or deauth webhooks:

• user_reauth simply signals that the user got a new connection. Update old_user to new_user.

• It is not an instruction to re-authenticate.
