Why is my payload history empty?
An empty payload history usually means the connected user has no new data synced to the provider's cloud for that period, not a Terra delivery failure.

To confirm:
1
Ask the end user to share a screenshot from their provider app showing the data they expect.
2
Confirm the device is actively syncing.
