# Why can't I save my WHOOP redirect URL?

If the WHOOP developer portal rejects your redirect URL, check for stray whitespace at the start of the URL.

If the WHOOP developer portal rejects your redirect URL, **check for stray whitespace at the start of the URL**. A leading space reproduces this exact error; removing it lets the URL save.

Note also that [WHOOP](https://docs.tryterra.co/health-and-fitness-api/whoop) app approval is only required once you exceed 10 connected users. Under 10 you can test without approval.
