# Why does Omron login fail outside the US or EU?

Omron splits accounts by regional backend, and Terra integrates only the EU cloud (OMRON, ohiomron.eu) and the US cloud (OMRONUS, ohiomron.com).

Accounts registered on other regional backends (for example APAC or LATAM/Mexico) authenticate against a separate API that Terra does not have access to, so they **fail at login** (often a generic or 'incorrect password' error) even with correct credentials. Supporting more regions requires a dedicated partnership with Omron, so users should connect with an account from a supported region.

For **region-agnostic blood pressure**, use:

* Apple Health or Health Connect via the [mobile SDKs](https://docs.tryterra.co/health-and-fitness-api/mobile-only-sources) (any cuff pairing with the OS health app).
* Withings (single global cloud).
* Garmin Index BPM.
