A common cause is that Strava has marked your Strava API app as inactive. Strava then rejects requests for every user on that app, so data requests fail.

Open your app at strava.com/settings/api. Strava shows the reason there.

Resolve it and reactivate the app. Nothing in your Terra setup needs to change.

The same message can have other causes. If your Strava app is active and requests still fail, or dates from the inactive period are still missing, contact support with the affected user_id.
