# Is an integration supported if missing from the public list?

The Connections page in your dashboard is the reliable view of what you can enable; the /v2/integrations endpoint and public lists are not.

**The Connections page in your dashboard is the reliable view of what you can enable.** The `/v2/integrations` endpoint and the public [supported integrations](https://docs.tryterra.co/reference/health-and-fitness-api/supported-integrations) page are catalogues, and a provider appearing there is not proof it can be enabled.

* The endpoint can list providers that can't be enabled from Connections.
* If a provider is in Connections, enable it there, on each environment you use.
* If it errors on activation, contact support to confirm whether any extra access process applies.
