Testing and staging environments each allow up to 50 connected users. Once the limit is reached, additional connection attempts are blocked rather than evicting existing users.

To free up slots, remove unused test users with the /auth/deauthenticateUser endpoint.

To check your current user count, use the /subscriptions endpoint or the Users analytics tab in the dashboard.
