# Does changing my webhook URL take effect immediately?

**Changing your webhook destination URL in the dashboard takes effect immediately.** As soon as you save, all subsequent deliveries go to the new URL with no propagation delay.

You can also reuse a single custom domain across all environments, since Terra routes data based on the dashboard [destination settings](https://docs.tryterra.co/health-and-fitness-api/integration-setup/setting-up-data-destinations) rather than the URL itself.
