# Can I get a call with someone technical?

For migrations, integration questions, API best practices, or product walkthroughs, support can arrange a call with a technical or product lead, or connect you with the relevant lead directly. **Share your questions and availability over the support channel and the team will help, arranging a call where appropriate.**

If you lose access to a shared chat channel, support can re-invite you.
