Terra delivers Garmin data within seconds of receiving Garmin's push. The delay sits upstream: **Garmin only pushes once the device syncs with the Connect app**, which can take 30 to 90 minutes. There is no on-demand pull for Garmin, so this lag is expected. Separately, if your auth counts spike, check that your [webhook handler](https://docs.tryterra.co/health-and-fitness-api/user-authentication/handling-authentication-events) does not start a new auth flow on `user_reauth` or `deauth` webhooks: * `user_reauth` simply signals that the user got a new connection.
