# Why are Garmin/Samsung datasets empty?

Empty datasets often mean **the user connected the wrong provider account**.

* Ask them to sign out and back into the provider app to confirm which account/email is in use. On mobile, deep-linking sends them to the right account.
* For Samsung, also confirm data sharing between Samsung Health and Health Connect is enabled, otherwise no data flows.
