# Why is my payload history empty?

An empty payload history usually means **the connected user has no new data synced to the provider's cloud for that period**, not a Terra delivery failure.

To confirm:

Ask the end user to share a screenshot from their provider app showing the data they expect.

Confirm the device is actively syncing.

Once data is present in the provider cloud, Terra delivers it via webhook.
