# Are Oura women's health features available?

**Oura's Cycle Insights and menopause tracking are not available through the integration**, because Oura does not expose those features via its third-party API.

For menstrual and cycle data, Terra supports a **Menstruation** data type through providers that specialise in it:

* **Clue** and **Flo**: cycle phases, fertility window, length, flow
* **Apple Health**: also covers it, for users who log cycle data on iOS
