# Is Oura Ring 4 data accessible via Terra?

**Yes, Oura Ring 4 is fully supported.** It uses the same Oura Cloud API as every other ring, so there is no device-specific limitation.

Oura via Terra delivers four payload types:

* **Sleep**: stages, HR, HRV, respiratory rate, scores (plus SpO2 if the scope is granted)
* **Daily**: readiness, activity summary, resting HR, HRV, stress
* **Activity**: tracked workouts
* **Body**: VO2 max, personal info

Data is polled automatically, and you can run a [historical data](https://docs.tryterra.co/health-and-fitness-api/managing-user-health-data/requesting-historical-data) pull to backfill a given date range.
