# Can I get detailed Apple workout routes, HR zones, laps?

**Detailed Apple workout data is available wherever it also exists in Apple Health.** Specifically:

* Full GPS routes come through as `position_samples` (not just start/end).
* Laps come through under `lap_data`.
* Granular heart rate comes through as `hr_samples`, from which you compute heart rate zones.

The samples arrays are point-by-point, not aggregated.
