# Why is a WHOOP activity mapped to the wrong type?

Activity type mislabelling usually stems from the **provider sending a generic or unmapped type code**, which Terra maps to a default.

For activity types Terra has no dedicated mapping for, the activity is labelled `Other` rather than misclassified.
