# Why was my app rejected over health permission justifications?

When the Play Store rejects your app over its health/nutrition data permissions policy, **respond to the review with a clear explanation of how your app uses that data**.

Include, ideally:

* Screenshots showing where the data appears in-app.
* A screen recording of the same.

This is a Google review requirement, not a Terra configuration issue.
