# Why can't Apple/Google social-login users sign in?

Credential-based integrations on the Terra auth page only support **email and password** login.

Users who created their provider account via **Apple or Google sign-in** have no password set, so they must **add an email/password login method** to their provider account before they can connect.

Native social login on the Terra screen is a known gap for these integrations.
