The Renpho integration currently supports end users on older (legacy) Renpho accounts.

The Renpho integration currently supports end users on older (legacy) Renpho accounts. Users on the newer Renpho app may not be able to connect at this time.

What to do:

• Inform users of this limitation upfront.

• Consider an alternative supported body-composition scale integration.

• Contact support to discuss enabling Renpho.
