# Why are my sources and API keys empty after signup?

This is almost always **account provisioning still completing**, not a broken account. An empty connections list, no available sources, and a blank API keys modal are expected for a short window right after signup.

* **Wait a short while**, then refresh. Sources and keys should appear.
* If they don't show up after a reasonable delay, contact support.
