Why are my sources and API keys empty after signup?

This is almost always account provisioning still completing, not a broken account.

This is almost always account provisioning still completing, not a broken account. An empty connections list, no available sources, and a blank API keys modal are expected for a short window right after signup.

  • Wait a short while, then refresh. Sources and keys should appear.

  • If they don't show up after a reasonable delay, contact support.
